EXPIRED SUBSCRIPTION INFO
If you've been an annual subscriber to our site, and you tried to log in, but received the error message that you're not an active member, and then get the message that the Username you're trying to use is already taken when you try to sign up again, that's because your account has been frozen so that no one else can use your login info.
If you wish to resume your membership, we have two options (PLEASE USE ONLY ONE OF THE FOLLOWING -- DO NOT FILL OUT BOTH FORMS).
Please make sure your email account and any spam filters you may have are set to receive responses from our domain: screenit.com
We reply within 24 hours to all legitimate email (and usually in far less time than that during normal business hours). If you don't hear back from us, you need to check your spam folders for our response. This is particularly true for AOL users.
1) If your credit card number, your name and your billing address are the SAME that you used to sign up and your credit card simply has a new expiration date, please use the following form to send us that new expiration date (month and year) and we'll manually process the renewal for another yearly subscription at the rate of $24.95 (USD).
2) You can sign up from scratch with your OLD username. If you prefer to do that, let us know using the following form and we'll clear it out so that you can use it again (it's currently frozen with your account)
