Please use only ONE of the following two options.
A temporary password will be sent to the email address we have on file for you.
If that email address is no longer valid, you obviously won't receive your temporary password.
If that's the case, Send us an Email with the following: 1) Your full name, 2) Your billing address, and 3) The last 4 digits of the credit card you used when you signed up.
If your email address hasn't changed, please proceed with ONE of the following.
Please make sure your email account and any spam filters you may have are set to receive responses from our domain: screenit.com
We reply within 24 hours to all legitimate email (and usually in far less time than that during normal business hours). If you don't hear back from us, you need to check your spam folders for our response. This is particularly true for AOL users.
If you haven't heard back from us within 24 hours, Send us an Email.
Once you receive the email with your temporary password, it MUST be typed in (or better yet, copied and pasted) exactly as it appears (no extra spaces, correct capitalization, etc.) when you use it along with your normal username to log in.
