The following is a brief summary of the content found in this R-rated horror film. Profanity consists of at least 38 "f" words, while other expletives and colorful phrases are also present. There's some sexually related dialogue, a sexual encounter is seen (live, and later on tape) with movement, sounds and nudity (breasts, butts), and that same woman is seen fully nude (frontal and rear) both inside that room and out in the parking lot, while another sexual encounter is heavily suggested (involving an affair).
Violence consists of mass murderers killing many people, mostly with a mining pickax, while some fighting, gunfire, and lesser contact also occur. The murders and their aftermath (where torsos have been cut open, and one where a woman has been cut completely in half, and another where a person is partially decapitated, etc.) have extremely bloody/gory results, and that material, various jump scenes, and many moments of potential peril might be unsettling, suspenseful and/or scary to viewers, particularly younger ones and those with low tolerance levels for such mayhem.
Various bad attitudes are present, as is some tense family material, while teen characters drink beer at a party and other drinking occurs, and a person nearly smokes. Some of the behavior might be enticing for some kids to imitate.

For those prone to visually induced motion sickness, some of the 3-D shots and related camera movement might cause that.
