The following is a brief summary of the content found in this action-based horror flick that's been rated R. Profanity consists of a possible "f" word, while other expletives and colorful phrases are uttered. Various female clones are seen fully nude, but due to the positioning of their bodies and/or the camera angle, nothing more than bare bellies and the sides of bare butts are seen.
That said, one female zombie's bare breast is seen, while a man makes a joke about renting a porno movie in an abandoned motel, and there's a little bit of sexual tension between him and a woman (he stares at her clothed butt as she walks away).
Many scenes feature zombies killing humans and vice-versa, while humans and other creatures are also wounded or killed by other means (including from zombie dog and crow attacks). All of that has extremely bloody and gory results, while all of the zombies (including some dogs) are already bloody and partially decomposed to varying degrees. That violence, various moments of peril, and various jump scenes may be unsettling, suspenseful, or maybe even scary to some viewers (but not if they're accustomed to seeing similar zombie movies).
Some of the fighting, stunts, and other action may be enticing for some kids to imitate, while bad attitudes are present, mainly from one scientist character. Some characters crave cigarettes, while one finds and briefly smokes a joint.
