Buck Yuen (Jackie Chan) is a bored and unsuccessful exercise equipment salesman who grew up believing he was an orphan and that his life wouldn't amount to anything unusual. All that changes one day when finds himself in the middle of a bank robbery. He kicks into action and successfully foils the attempted caper. To his astonishment, Buck becomes an instant hero and learns that he's not an orphan after all - that he comes from a lineage of professional spies!
A straight to video release for martial arts superstar Chan, the film probably never would have seen the light of day stateside if not for the theatrical success of the "Rush Hour" films. Even so, and notwithstanding the to-be-expected weak plot, it delivers the standard quota of terrific Chan stunts and amazing physical feats.
The film is rated PG-13 for strong action violence, some drug content and nudity.

Nastassia Kinski stars in Cat People as Irena, a beautiful young woman on the bridge of sexuality; she discovers love for the first time only to find that the explosive experience brings with it tragic consequences. The tremendous passion of this girl's first romantic love is so strong, however, it by-passes the chaos around her - including her brother's (Malcolm McDowell) extraordinary demands - as it pushes her on to her own bizarre destiny. With a style as timeless as myth, CAT PEOPLE is an erotic fantasy of the passion and terror that surround this girl's first love. Desire...passion...blood, her lust transforms her into one of the Cat People. (Studio Copy)

The sleepy seaside village of Antonio Bay is about to learn the true meaning of the word "vengeance." For this seemingly perfect town masks a guilt secret - a past steeped in greed and murder. Exactly 100 years ago, a ship was horribly wrecked under mysterious circumstance in thick, eerie fog. Now, shrouded in darkness, the long-dead mariners have returned from their water graves to exact a bloody revenge. Can this waking nightmare be stopped, or will the fog keep rolling in...to kill and kill again? (Studio Copy)
Following the unexpected and huge success of his 1979 horror flick, "Halloween," director John Carpenter returned to the genre a year later with this generally well-made and often quite creepy and spooky work. With "Halloween" star Jamie Lee Curtis briefly appearing, Adrienne Barbeau getting the lead role and appearances by Hal Holbrook, John Houseman and Jamie's mother, Janet Leigh, the film might be too predictable and telegraph many of its scares at times, and it's certainly no piece of high art.
Nevertheless, it elicits the perfect eerie mood and ultimately comes off as a spooky and engaging enough "thrill ride" to entertain viewers who enjoy these sorts of pictures.
